Our black and white tea is ethically sourced from China and Kenya.
Apples and pears are supplied locally. In alliance with the ‘Sustain Lincolnshire’ project, surplus fruits are used to support local trade and minimise environmental impact.
Raspberries, elderflowers, ginger, lemons and limes are as local as possible and always freshly pressed or juiced.
Each small batch of premium English Vodka, has been distilled in copper pot stills at an artisan distillery in Cambridge.
Percy’s tea contains no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives – we let nature take care of that.
Black tea leaves undergo greater oxidation, which unlocks a stronger flavour. For a more delicate taste, opt for white tea; the plant’s buds combine with the leaves in the most deliciously delicate way.
Made from sugar beet, our vodka is distilled only once and, unlike other vodkas, does not need to be filtered. The outcome is the smoothest, finest British vodka imaginable.
Once you’ve sipped the last drop, we’d love each stylish bottle to be given a new lease of life. A vase…a decanter…or why not concoct your own olive oil infusion? Rosemary, thyme, garlic, basil or lemon peel all work a treat.
