Iced Tea Sorbet Recipe with Vodka Tea

Our iced tea sorbet recipe will impress your guests. A refreshing and light way to end a meal or keep you cool on a warm day.

Recipe:

Serves 2 / 3 people

1 x  Bottle of Percy’s White Tea, Raspberry & Vodka

60 -100 g of icing sugar

Method:

Dissolve the icing sugar into the iced tea, pour into a shallow plastic container ( shallow, so the liquid will freeze quicker). When almost frozen scratch with a fork to break up any ice crystals and then return your iced tea sorbet to the freezer.

Drizzle with more iced tea and garnish with a sprig of mint out the garden and a slice of lime

Feel free to play with the flavours and add more tea accordingly to your tastes.
